Sophie is a Claims Handler with 10+ years’ industry experience.  Sophie brings a brings a wide range of experiences in supporting catastrophe response and residential claims.  Well skilled in problem solving, she is organised and resourceful with great attention to detail. Sophie’s experience in customer facing communication within legislative regulatory frameworks is a strong foundation for her Claims Handling role.
