Lindsay joined the Godfreys team in March 2011 as Catastrophe Operations Manager in the wake of the earthquake events in Canterbury. In this role, he covered a broad gamit of human resources, logistics, and project management functions. He was instrumental in the recruitment, relocation, and HR support of over forty overseas contract loss adjusters.
He is a key driver in implementing new company-wide telecommunications and IT systems to enhance our responsiveness and make us more accessible to our clients. He has also project managed office refits and relocations in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch. In addition, he managed the relationship for Godfreys contracting subsidiary, Fairweather Resourcing, following the appointment of a small team of assessors to EQC Canterbury Earthquake claims.
