Lindsay joined the Godfreys team in March 2011 as Catastrophe Operations Manager in the wake of the earthquake events in Canterbury.  In this role, he covered a broad gamit of human resources, logistics, and project management functions.  He was instrumental in the recruitment, relocation, and HR support of over forty overseas contract loss adjusters.

He is a key driver in implementing new company-wide telecommunications and IT systems to enhance our responsiveness and make us more accessible to our clients.  He has also project managed office refits and relocations in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.  In addition, he managed the relationship for Godfreys contracting subsidiary, Fairweather Resourcing, following the appointment of a small team of assessors to EQC Canterbury Earthquake claims.

In June 2013, Lindsay was appointed to the role of Operations Manager. He now heads the team of support service staff around New Zealand.

Prior to joining Godfreys, Lindsay worked in business consultancy for four years providing services to clients from a range of industries including convenience retail, FMCG, and elite disabled sport. He also spent six years in senior management roles working across organisational boundaries in non-profits and corporates, and over 20 years in consumer marketing roles in Australia and New Zealand. His career includes well-known names such as Procter & Gamble, NZ Food and Grocery Council, Carter Holt Harvey – Tissue and Carter Holt Harvey.
