Joanne brings over 30 years insurance industry experience with a career spanning a full range of roles from Insurance Cadet to Customer Service, Underwriter, Senior Inspector, Senior Broker.

Early 2017, Joanne moved into Loss Adjusting in Gisborne, subsequently relocating to her Rotorua hometown as the local Branch Manager/Loss Adjuster. Joanne joined Godfreys in August 2022.
