Jenny has worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years, as a loss adjuster since 1999, initially in Auckland and now in Hawkes Bay. She has handled a wide range of claims, including material damage, contract works and liability claims. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Business Studies, ANZIIF (Snr Associate) and Diploma of Financial Services (Loss Adjusting). In 2003 Jenny was the top student in the Loss Adjusting Law and Regulation module and in 2004 she was regional student of the year for the Diploma in Financial Services (Loss Adjusting).
